I loved every single minute of it!
Ok maybe not the walking, the ankle sprain, getting on wrong trains, ETC. BUT it was really nice. Macau opened up a whole new world of indoor gondola rides and sunsets, and it was literally a World City. There were replicas of famous buildings, and signs that pointed to "Miami" or "The Tang Dynasty".Hong Kong is the epitome of SHOPPING!!! It's so easy to get around and there are special outlet malls where you get everything for a fraction of the real price.
Tokyo is Tokyo. The food is a-m-a-z-i-n-g. I am stuffed with sushi, sashimi and yoghurt. We even went to Saitama where our Japanese relatives welcomed us into their home to eat homemade gyoza, kimchi-nabe and cake . Don't get me started on the sweets. It's all good. And well, all that makes it a lot harder to believe that in about five days from now, my head will be stuck in books again and cramming will be a way of life.
Oh well, I guess it's not so bad. I'll get to see my friends again, and that can never be a bad thing.
